As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to add the balance. The result is a cup that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It's a perfect match for vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the arabica coffee beans 1kg, let it infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.
